the possibility of change the font for printed text by use of web font etc

I’m afraid to ask this community in succession but I have one more another question about the font for Printed web page.

I would like to chose Japanese font what I installed my computer means system font adapted to the print ready page or Web font something like below,

I’ve noticed this is a little bit over request for its plugin authors.

I’d be happy if I could have some advice or just the possibility or inpossibility about this matter.
