Publicize relies on Jetpack’s sync mechanism to work in a timely fashion in order for us to process the post information and send it to your social media sites.
In your case, something is preventing us from syncing your site properly. This could be due to a number of things, but in this case, first, let’s check your plugins.
You have quite a few! I’m particularly wondering about your security plugins. Would you please disable those and see if that fixes the problem with our sync mechanism? You can check to see if it worked using this link:

You should see “Everything looks great!” If that works, then I’d check the settings for those plugins, as they may be configured to be quite aggressive (too aggressive! :))
If disabling those two plugins doesn’t do it, let’s try to disable them all. If the sync begins to work with them all disabled, then we’ll know it’s a plugin and we can enable them again one at a time to find the culprit.
If none of that works, we’ll try something else.
