• None of my emails to the support has been answered.
    I bought the PRO version which by the way is not cheep, I also bought a service from SMTP2GO to be able to send over 30.000 / month. After I create my news letter, and I have a mailing list with 31.000 user in it I did try to send the newsletter. On the SMTP2GO I says that I have send 64 mails but on the stats everything is 0. Why?

    In the plugin configuration I set up my new SMTP correctly cause the test emails are sent. Why does the rest of the emails not sending?

    What happens there?
    The information on how to configure is so poor. And I see from other posts that the plugin author doesn’t have time to answer the users question.

    So please if anyone has some information about that please let me know.

    After a close inspection, and future email changes with the support team from K news plugin, I did realized that my previous emails were not received by the support theme. After they got my emails, I received a top class support.

    Please disregard my previous message. Right now the support team is helping me to correctly configure the plugin, to feet my needs.
