The problem of correctly display fonts in FF and IE.

    Good afternoon.
    Thank you for a wonderful theme, the pleasure of using it there is no limit. BUT, found a “fly in the ointment.”
    For “site name and slogan” through “typography”, there was a problem with the correct font display in browsers other than Google Chrome.
    I used the font: Lobster, Noto Serif, Roboto (In the “global” as a generic font.)
    Check Compatibility in FF and IE, for some reason they do not pick up the changes and reset all the defaul. All fonts have Cyrillic support that advance was checked by google.com/fonts.
