The problem with saving changes

  • Hy!!
    When I try to make any changes, whether the introduction of code, or change in appearance, each time when i am trying to save the changes, redirects me to my website with the message: 404 and changes are not saved. Any ideas what a mistake it is and a way to remove ?

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
