The problem with the add gift to cart

    While going to the cart, the plugin prompts you to choose a gift. When you select the Option Select button, the process hangs with the hourglass on the screen.

    – PHP version ? (minimal PHP version required is 5.6+)
    – WordPress version
    – WooCommerce version
    – Theme you are using (Did you try second theme? )

    Also We cant know whats going on with your website if you dont show us DEBUG informations?
    – open Chrome DevTools – Console – and check are there errors
    Chrome Dev Tools
    – enable WordPress DEBUG
    Enable Debug in WP
