    This is a known issue. WHY CAN I CREATE LABELS FOR WARENPOST INTERNATIONAL BUT NOT PAKET INTERNATIONAL? HELLLLOOOOOOO?????????????

    I’m sorry, right now I’m not even being passive-aggressive, I’m just plain aggressive. I’ve been going around in circles, from forum to forum for days and days. This is a known issue that seems never to be solved. DHL should remove compatibility with WooCommerce altogether for international packages.

    It works perfectly fine for Warenpost international shipments under 1kg. But the minute I have a product over 1kg I’m stuck sucking my finger. I’m not doing bulk labels, I’m doing them one by one.

    What’s the solution, doing it by hand at the post office? That’s not practical nor is it very professional.

    Fix your plugin.

    I’m sorry for the frustration you’re going through.

    The issue you’re describing could be related to the billing number or product settings. To help figure this out, could you please:
    Get the plugin logs from (WooCommerce > Status > Logs > DHL ) and share the logs with us at dhlsupport(at)progressus.io.
    Let us know if you have a staging site where we can test this further.

    Once we have this information, we’ll do our best to get this sorted for you.
