Hi @j9d ,
Thanks for reaching out!
I understand that variable products are not being added to the cart, is that correct?
After checking your site, I am able to reproduce the issue as simple products add to the cart as expected, however variable products are not adding to the cart.
However, I must add that there is no error message being displayed as the one you have shared above: The product you are trying to add is not available
.
Furthermore, checking the browser console did not provide any additional information for any Javascript errors being produced, as there were none.
This is not something I am able to replicate on my test site which uses the latest version of WooCommerce and WordPress, as variable products add to the cart without any issue.
I understand that you have already deactivated all plugins and the issue was still present however I would suggest performing a full conflict test to rule out any theme/plugin conflicts which may be causing this issue.
This would require temporarily switching the theme to a default theme, such as Storefront, as well as deactivating all plugins except for WooCommerce and then checking if the issue is still present.
A more detailed guide on performing a conflict test can be found below:
If you do not want to test on your live site, you can use the?Health Check?plugin. This will allow you to disable all plugins and change the theme, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.
