    Hi Techs,
before creating this topic I googled the problem many times but with no success. I believe this is a new bug. If you see these photos:
    #1 https://prnt.sc/ng2dd0
    #2 https://prnt.sc/ng2dj6
You understand that the product are out of stock in the admin area and when you search form but when you click on it you can even order it.
This happened only to variable products but the price. I tried deactivating plugins but with no success.
Does anyone has a solution for this?

    Thank you!

  • Sry, but I have no solution for you.

I did also experience in and out of stock issues. I could not set the stock on the products overview page and had to go to all separate variations of each product to change stock. Some products could not even been changed at all. After changing stock and clicking the save button, the change was made undone.
I did fall back on WC 3.5.8. The database however was updated to 3.6.1 and correspondents successfully with pluging version 3.5.8 so far, luckily…. (because there were many new orders after the database update).

I hope the author has a solution soon.

    Hey there!

From the very limited screenshot, it looks like you have a bunch of custom statuses, (there’s not a WooCommerce status like “warehouse” and “sold out”) but it also looks like there is one of the highlighted bikes in stock, and then a check on your site confirms that there is one in stock according to the site.

The problem is that the products can be bought but in the category pages they are seen as sold out.
If you go here: https://www.evolutionbikes.it/?s=scale&post_type=product you see that some bikes are reported as “Esaurito” (Sold Out in english) when they aren’t. In fact, if you click on one of these bikes (variable products for Woocommerce) you can even add them to cart. I don’t understand why I see this labelling both in the front and back end. I contacted my theme support and they told me: “”Please deactivate your site all the third party plugins and then contact your hosting provider and ask your hosting provider to first flush/remove and then deactivate the server cache and then you have to remove the site cache and cache plugins deactivate and then remove the cache folder from wp-content and finally check your site after removing the browser cache.”
I dit it but with no success. What can I do? Is this a new bug?
    Thanks in advance!

The problem aros after the update to 3.6 version of Woocommerce. I now see that this is marked as resolved. The is issue is still UNRESOLVED and you did not give me any solution. In this case I will open a new support ticket.

I discovered that if I update the product without modifying it’s available again. How is it possibile?
