    The message you’re seeing typically means that the customer’s bank has declined the payment due to a failure of Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). This is a requirement in the European Economic Area for certain types of online payments.

    The customer needs to reattempt the payment and successfully authenticate their identity. This can be done by following the authentication process prompted by their bank, which usually involves a two-factor authentication.

    If you continue to experience this issue, it might be worth asking your customers to contact their bank to find out why the payments are being declined.

    Additionally, can you confirm if your issue is similar to the ones reported on our GitHub repo here? Specifically, did the order fail in WooCommerce but completed in Stripe? Have you had a chance to check this?
