• Dear support,

I followed your instruction for the installation of the plug in but I’m getting this error regarding the Place ID I retrieved:
Google error: The provided Place ID is no longer valid. Please refresh cached Place IDs as per https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/places/web-service/place-id#save-id

I tried emptying my cache and even using another pc but I was not able to find any Place ID that was different from the one I found the first time.

I tried looking for it putting my business name “Susan Bridi | psicologa delle organizzazioni” on a search box I found in link provided by the error message but it was not able to find my business (I guess because it does not have a precise address).

Do you have any idea on how I could proceed?

    Thank you very much!

    S.

    Hi @susanbridi,

This is a very weird error and we still do not understand the meaning of its description. But the problem is 100% solved if you add a physical address in the GMB (Google My Business) panel.

Seems Google Places API is not working for a service or virtual areas and thus it’s used in the plugin, the same error is showing when such places are connected.

Please let me know how it goes, if you add the address for your business.

    Thanks!

    Dear support,

I thank you very much for your reply.
Unfortuntaely I don’t think I can do much with your suggestion.
I communicated my physical address to GMB in order to verify my ID but I can’t show it on the public form given that my services does not need a physical office and the address I gave Google was the one of my personal home.
Is there any other way I could use your plugin?

    Thank you very much

    S.
