The “Purchase” pixel is not installed automatically. Also PageView errors.

    1. I added FB pixel ID into the WP funnel system. However, I don’t see any “Purchase” pixel in the Thank You page. Also in another funnel page as a Thank You page, there is no Pixel found in terms of Pixel Helper. Check out this link: https://hyeinyoon.com/free-workshop-checkout-success-2/
    2. And also for some other funnels, there are some troubleshoot for Pageview pixel. Check out this link for an example: https://hyeinyoon.com/free-workshop-vip/

    Is there any way I can manually handle those pixels? like by adding the HTML code in the system? if we don’t have this option, then how can we fix those issues?

    Hi @hyeinyoon , it appears there are some issues with the way Pixel is configured in WPFunnels. We will work on improving it soon.

    Meanwhile, we are working on allowing custom snippets on each funnel step so that you can handle it manually. It should be ready in couple of week. I will inform you here once it’s released.

    Hi @hyeinyoon we will go through a testing phase for the code snippet feature next week. If all goes well, we will release it.

    Meanwhile, we will start working on the Pixel issue next week, but this will need additional testing so it will take more time.
