The real features you need are pro

First of all, thank you for taking the time for reviewing us! We really appreciate that!

I’m sorry to hear you feel that way. Currently we’re working very hard on new features for the plugin and it’s constantly evolving, plus we continue to implement new features.

Since the last big release (v2.2.0) we’ve added a lot new free features and we keep improving the extension a lot, currently we’re adding handy features to the dashboard wich will make button management even easier.

Unfortunately we cannot talk about the premium functionalities on the WordPress forums due to their community guidelines, but we’d love to listen to what you think about the plugin and the critical part about it (as you call the ‘real features’).

@liamtools I have been using the free version far a year and I really think you should give it another try. Perhaps I should not defend a plugin I have no part in but I whish there were more developers like these guys. They add tons of free features and help.

If you want I can show you how I used it on my site for customers to: call, mail, chat, link to important pages, …

I really wanted to say this because they do NOT deserve a 1-star review. Give it a try.

Not FREE at all. I installed the plugin and it only allows you to add GROUP which is a feature of the PRO (paid) version. I couldnt see how it works with a single button and if you need at least two buttons for a group to exists, this this is not a plugin for adding 1 single button to your site. I deactivated it 5 wasted minutes after. I have nothing against paying for a plugin but (1) I can not test a single button so I dont know if this what I need, and (2) do not mislead saying this is a FREE plugin because IT IS NOT when you need the PRO version to do the even most basic task.
