The refresh icon captcha problem

The refresh icon is not properly showing. All’s it show is a RED SQUARE.
I’m using Google Chrome. IE9 tests okay, though.
Don’t tell me its working okay, because its NOT. I’m looking at it with 20/20 vision and I know the difference between a square and a circle.
