The registrant can't connect / Ads without category

Hello,
I am currently on the latest 3.5.5 version of Business Directory. I have problems in the last updates.
When a registrant wishes to highlight its announcement, I manually send him the link to select and pay their subscription. However, he did manage to connect. An error capcha appears. And besides, the capcha does not appear on the form. I tried by disconnecting me and testing with the identifiers of the subscriber, I have the same error Capcha. How to display this capcha so that subscribers can highlight their ads or renew their subscriptions?
Second problem: the latest ads now come to me without pre-defined category, ie without the category that the user has chosen. How can I restore it?
