The Report Post Link does not appear in the post’s meta box

In Options, I set everything up but for some reason, the Report link would not show up in the post’s meta box (author, date, category, comment count). Can someone help, please?

Also, I don’t know what to fill in with in “Add after element” field, so I tried both leaving it blank and putting “span.byline” in, which is what the plugin author used in the demo page, but neither helped.

How can I make the Report link appear in the posts? Thank you.
