• Recently I keep receiving the following error:

The requested URL was rejected. If you think this is an error, please contact the webmaster.

    Your support ID is: 16632404142650058727

Initially it only occurred occasionally when trying to access my homepage, but not I’m receiving the same error whenever I try and submit/update a post in several browsers.

I’ve tried clearing cookies/cache etc, but no luck. Anyone have any suggestions please?!

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Thanks very much for your response James, it’s much appreciated.

I started by deactivating all of the plugins and reactivating them one by one. When all are deactivated, it functions fine.

I then reactivated several plugins, and it continued to function fine. Activating ‘Plugin 5’ then started giving me the error again. However when I deactivate ‘Plugin 5’, I then continue to receive the error, despite trying to deactivate some of the others I have already re-activated.

I’ve checked the theme too however the problem continued.

I’ve also gone through and made sure I’m running the latest version of WordPress and that all my plugins are updated also.

    Any further ideas?

It could be a conflict between more than one plugin. Try deactivating all plugins again, then reactivate every one but Plugin 5. Does it work like that?

Also, I can’t find anything on a plugin named “Plugin 5.” Where did you get it from?

I’ll give that a try and let you know how I get on. There’s no plugin with that specific name, I was just using it as an example to simplify things! (ie. I’d activated Plugin 1, 2, 3 and 4, and 5 failed!).

Ok, if it works without Plugin 5, let me know what it’s really called. ??

Okay, so after a morning or trial and error, it appears activating the following 2 plugins causes the error message:

WooCommerce Bulk Discount by Rene Puchinger
    WooCommerce Uploads by WP Fortune

Activating them one at a time (and together) results in the error when I attempt to post/update a WooCommerce product. All other plugins seem to work okay once reactivated.

    Excellent, thanks for confirming that!

WooCommerce Uploads is a premium plugin, so I think it would be best to work with them on pursuing the conflict, as they offer dedicated support: https://support.wpfortune.com/hc/en-us
