Hello,
I recently installed the Google Site Kit plugin for WordPress on our website. The installation was successful, but now, I am getting intermittent data errors. The message is “The response is not a valid JSON response”, and it happens for either the analytics or the search console modules in Google Site Kit.Our website is hosted with GoDaddy and we also use their WAF service from Sucuri. I’ve read other support topics with the same JSON data error, and maybe the issue is related to the WAF. The suggested fix is to whitelist our IP address. Which address should I whitelist in our WAF? The firewall IP address or hosting IP address.
Could the data errors be another issue? Thanks!

Thanks for opening a support topic & went through the previous topics.
Our website is hosted with GoDaddy and we also use their WAF service from Sucuri.
To confirm either its conflicted with the GoDaddy WAF or Sucuri you need to apply basic troubleshooting as following:
- Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
- Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
- From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
- Check the Analytics/Search Console dashboard page again
You can exit troubleshooting mode afterwards.
In case if you are still observing issue then please share your Site Health information via form privately so we can help out to locate the cause.

Can you please disable the Sucuri plugin (as well as its configuration from the server) for a while & then check the Site Kit dashboard again.
When I tried to enable the Site Kit plugin, a site failure occurred.
Also would you mind to tell us what exactly the issue you are observing in troubleshoot mode?
