I’m getting such an error on my site I keep getting an error even though I reinstalled the site kit tool a few times. I’m getting a data error in Analytics
The response is not a valid JSON response.

Hi @alisverisortami thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear you are having issues with your Site Kit. Could you please provide the following information:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. Are you always getting this error in your Analytics module or is this happening only sometimes?
    3. Can you see any console errors when you are getting the JSON error message?

I’m using cloudflare cdn service, could it have something to do with it?

@alisverisortami This sounds like it could be something at host level blocking access to Google services. There are a couple of things you could check with your hosting provider:

    1. Check that there are no REST restrictions at host level.
    2. Check that your site is able to communicate with the Site Kit service by asking your hosting provider to perform a cURL command: wp eval 'print_r(wp_remote_head("https://sitekit.withgoogle.com"));'

Could you check these and let me know how it goes and if there is still no resolution I can continue to investigate with you.

I had what you said done by the company I bought the server service from. But the error persists.

I think the problem is in control panel
When I go to other pages, there is no problem when I go to analytics, addense and search console, but when I want to watch them all together, there is a problem.

@alisverisortami Okay so each individual dashboard works fine but when going to the main dashboard this is when you see the errors?

Could you please check the console errors once more and send over these exact errors either in text here or a screenshot? You can use imgur to create easy to share screenshots.

When navigating to Tools > Site Health check the status tab and let me know if you have any errors here.

@alisverisortami thanks for your patience. In your previous screenshot it looks like you might be missing off some error messages and I can’t see the full Site Health Status. Would you be able to provide these in full?

I can also see that you are using the Complianz | GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent plugin on your site. There are particular settings on these types of plugins that can in cases block Google scripts from firing. Would you be able to temporarily disable this plugin and see if you get the same issues?

If you still have issues then it would be worth testing all plugins and theme to see if there is a conflict causing this. You can check by following the steps below:

    1. Login to your site from a Chrome browser incognito window.
    2. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    3. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    4. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”.
    5. Check Site Kit once more.

Let me know how you get on with this.

First of all, thank you for your patience.
I did what you said. there is no problem for now. Compliance | Fixed by deactivating and activating the GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent plugin. I did what you said in the Health Check and Troubleshoot plugin, there is no problem for now, if it continues again, I will disturb you.

@alisverisortami You’re very welcome and glad to hear that has cleared the issue for you. Sounds like the plugin or particular setting within it was blocking Google scripts from firing.

If you do have any issues in future please feel free to open a new support topic and we will be happy to help.
