    When I try to update our footer with a different photo from the United Way, I get “There was an error. The response is not a valid JSON response.” I’ve tried many things and nothing works to fix it. Our host will not help.

    Hi Christy,

    Have you tried uploading this photo somewhere else on your site to determine if it is the photo itself causing the issue?

    Another troubleshooting tip is to re-save your permalinks. Navigate to Settings > Permalinks and save. Let me know if the issue remains!
