get_the_title problem

    Im just looking for little help to make the right code.
    It should be very simple for you who know more php.

    What i want.

    echo "<a target='_blank' href='https://www.wbesite.kom". get_the_title() ."'>" IMAGE HERE "</a>";

    I have tryed to play with it but cant get it working.
    Can someone help?
