When I checked the websites of my competitors, I saw that they were all using PWA plugins. I was curious about the usefulness of this plugin, and I also searched for it on Google. Unfortunately, because I am not a computer major, I cannot understand it. So I want to ask PWA experts, can PWA plugins improve the speed and performance of my website?

The main purposes of this PWA plugin are:

    1. Allow users to access pages they have previously visited when they go offline. Such cached pages are also served if the network is very slow. You turn this option on under Reading settings
    2. Allow visitors to install your site to their homescreens.
    3. Provide a framework for themes and plugins to add their own functionality which depends on a service worker (e.g. push notifications and payments).
