The same Paid Subscriber ID for multiple accounts

Hello,
(I am using S2member Pro)

I have a user that would like to have multiple accounts tied to the same payment. I was wondering if I could use their initial Paid Subscriber ID (paypal)as the Paid Subscriber ID for their other accounts, this way if they cancel from their account, or paypal has an issue billing them it will set the EOT on all of the accounts sharing that same Paid Subscriber ID
