    Since you became Solid Security, I’m getting “The scan failed to properly scan the site” errors, constantly. Something in the settings is not right, and i don’t know where to go to allow the scans. This happens for auto scans and when I try to scan manually. Here is my error text.

    Hi @ai4gk, glad you’ve reached out!

    The log indicates something is preventing the Solid Security Site Scanner from scanning your site. Would you mind contacting your hosting provider and having them confirm that the IP address 67.227.194.4 isn’t blocked by the server, a plugin, or a setting? Please let me know if that helps!

    I have a similar problem;

    An error occurred while running the scheduled site scan on my site:

    Error Message: Unable to determine if the scan target is allowed: Invalid response. Non-JSON encountered. No error

    Error Code: site_verification_failed.invalid_json

    Also theres a black button with View Report in white text but if clicked just brings me to my site.

    Any help would be appreciated

    Thanks

    The issue isn’t resolved. GoDaddy tech support had me disable the Cloudflare firewall. That caused me to lose all access to the site. So, I’m back to square one, where everyone is pointing fingers at the other guy and nothing gets resolved.
