The scheduled event, action_scheduler_run_queue, is late to run.

Hello. I was backing up my site on a regular basis with a complete backup with a single click.
In my last backup, I noticed that the process was stuck at 0 percent on the database partition.

I then realized that my database was getting pretty bloated with these two records.

jpsn_actionscheduler_actions 944 mb
jpsn_actionscheduler_logs 670 mb

I uploaded one of the previous backups of my website.

Currently, these records have decreased to kb values.

But when I look at the site health section, I get the following warning:

The scheduled event, action_scheduler_run_queue, is late to run. Your site still works, but this may indicate that scheduling posts or automated updates may not work as intended.

Is there a way to remove the warning by solving this problem?

Note: When I enter the Tools -> Scheduled Actions section, Complete (162) and Pending (3) entries appear.

Under Pending there are these 3 entries:

oss_woocommerce_daily_observer
oss_woocommerce_daily_observer
