This is my website where I have added Ivory Search plugin to the menu.

    https://blogheist.com/

Whenever I search for any keyword, I could see irrelevant articles being listed first and some relevant articles are listed at the end.

It is clear that the articles with the search query in their title are more relevant and the one in the content. How to fix this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

Please make sure that you have set the search form Fuzzy Matching option to Whole as described on the below page.

I have already set it to whole. But still the search results are looking irrelevant.

Then please try resetting the search form by cling on the Reset button.

If you are still facing the issue then please temporarily deactivate the Ivory Search plugin and visit the below URL and see whether you get the same search results with or without activating the Ivory Search plugin.

Yes, I am seeing the same results with and without activating the Ivory Search Plugin.

Then it seems the Ivory Search Plugin is not controlling your website search results but the theme or any other plugin is conflicting with its functionality.

This can be a theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporarily use the Twenty Nineteen theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site theme issue.

Also, this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

I tried deactivating the plugins to identify the conflict. But it did not work. And then I tried switching the theme.

I could find a difference. Looks like my Genesis Child theme is causing the conflict. I have figured out the exact search query conflict.

    Thank you so much ??
