The sections of my theme do not appear in my dashboard

Hello, I am NOVICE on wordpress and I am french so excuse my english :). I downloaded and activated Wallstreet, but none of the sections (exp : our services) of the theme appear in my dashboard, so I can edit them in customization but I can not assign them a page. my goal is that, each service, once clicked on will bring us to a new page without leaving the site.
it is imperative that I go pro version for it?
