the seeking control doesn't work

  • Hi,

    The seeking control doesn’t not work. In the demo, number 11 (Play from the media library) you can click or drag the bar to the position you want to listen. But this doesen’t work on my website. when i click on the bar it only stops the music, I can’t drag the bar either.

    could you let me know where should i look into?

    It sounds like there’s a javascript issue somewhere.

    Try testing with the default wordpress theme to see if the player works ok.

    If not, then try deactivating other plugins one-by-one as well.

    Basically you need to pin point source of the conflict by process of elimination. Most commonly it’s the theme so best to try that first, then move on to plugins.

    If you find a conflict then post back here and I’ll see if there’s something to fix or not.
