The server encountered an internal error

  • Hi,

    I’ve been using your Code Snippets plugin on a site for a few months now whilst I’ve been developing the site and I’m really impressed with the plugin. However, for some reason I can no longer edit and of the snippet files. Whenever I try to add some new css code, javascript code or html I get the follwoing error:
    “Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.”

    I’ve tried deleteing and re-installing Code Snippets to no avail. I haven’t added any new plugins recently.
    I can’t deactivate a code snippet, I get the same error.
    The code sinppets are functioning correctly.

    Any suggestions.

    Hi Paul,

    This error occurs because there’s a problem with the code you are trying to add – not a problem with the plugin itself.

    Remember that this plugin is currently designed to work with PHP code that you might place in plugins. If you want to add HTML, CSS or JS code, you will need to wrap it in the appropriate action hook.
