    Hi.

We’re getting an error when a customer is trying to pay via Klarna – have spoken to Stripe and they believe the issue is with the plugin, so hope you can help…

The error is the server responded with a status of 500 () https://api.stripe.com/v1/payment_intents/———————-/confirm

Have removed part of the error and replaced with —————— for security reasons.

I’ve tried re-connecting to the Stripe account as I believe it’s possibly due to it using API V1, but I can’t see where to change it to the latest version.

All Klarna orders are failing so it’s crucial we get this fixed asap.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi @aaronbennett2097

We will need more information from you to help troubleshoot. Errors like this are rarely if ever related to an issue with our plugin.

When something stops working suddenly, it means something has changed either on your site or with Stripe.

Please use our contact us page so you can provide more helpful info.

The error is the server responded with a status of 500 () https://api.stripe.com/v1/payment_intents/———————-/confir

Where did you see this error? In the Stripe logs, your browser console, or somewhere else? A 500 response code from Stripe means their API encountered an error, not the Stripe plugin. “V1” is part of the Stripe rest API, so that’s not an issue.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi @mrclayton.

It looks like it’s stopped working for a while, I only just noticed it when the client told me.

Am seeing the error in the inspector @ the checkout when I try to pay via Klarna.

I’ll use the contact form as suggested.

    Thanks for the swift reply.

    Aaron
