    Hi @sinagoga,

Thank you for sharing the screenshots.

Could you please inform us where you have set the price of the user role for one product? If yes, then if you are trying to set the price of the user role for more than one product, then the per product settings will automatically get enabled to No.

However, if you want to set the price of the user role for more than one product, then it is possible with the Pro version of our plugin.

I hope this information is useful to you.

    Regards,
    Kenil Shah

Hi Sorry. I probably didn’t ask the question well.
The problem is that the shop manager cannot enter prices. Only I as an administrator can.
A shop manager is a person who will enter products and prices.
I know that in this version it is limited to input for only one product but not even that one, it does not show input fields (first image).

    Hi @sinagoga,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Could you please try by deactivating all the other plugins except for the WooCommerce and the Product Prices by User Role plugin and then check whether it is working fine or not?

Please do let us know how it goes.

    Regards,
    Kenil Shah

    Greeting.
    Same situation.
I left only woocommerce and your plugin active, the same problem.

I found a problem. It only works if it is set to customer. But I need to change the price for Subscriber and another user roll.

    Hi @sinagoga,

Okay, could you please elaborate a bit more on the problem which you have found? It would be great if you can share the steps to replicate the issue.

    Hello.
Here’s from the beginning. There is a need to show two different prices, one for regular customers and the other for subscribers.
As an administrator, I have the ability to enter prices for both the customer and the subscriber. The problem is that the woocommerce manager does not have that option. It is shown to him as in the picture from our first correspondence.

I think the problem is clear now.
If this doesn’t work the plugin is useless.

Tested with other plugins excluded and with another theme.
    Thank you!

    Shop Manager role

Shop Manager is a role you can give someone to manage the shop without making them an Admin. They have all the rights a customer has, and are granted the main capabilities:

manage_woocommerce: Gives shop managers the option to manage all settings within WooCommerce, and create/edit products.
view_woocommerce_reports: Gives them access to all WooCommerce reports.

The Shop Manager role has all the capabilities listed at our WooCommerce GitHub repo.

They also have general WordPress editor capabilities.

    Hi @sinagoga,

I understand your concern regarding the issue.

The free plugins version is limited to only one “price by user role per product settings” product enabled at a time. So, you will need to get Product Prices by User Roles for WooCommerce Pro version to add an unlimited number of “price by user role per product settings” products.

That means if you are trying to add the price of the same product with another user role for which you have already set the price of that product as an Admin user role, then you will not be able to enter the price of that particular product as the shop manager user role. This is the limitation of the Lite version of the plugin.

    Hi,
Obviously you don’t want to and you don’t know how to solve it.
And it’s probably a general problem with the plugin.
Only the woocomerc manager tries to enter that one product in the free version but there is no option (just line) as I already wrote and sent the screenshots.
    Thanks anyway.
    Lots of wasted time.

    Hi @sinagoga,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused due to this.

It’s not that we do not want to solve the issue. The thing is our Lite version of the plugin has a limitation that if the admin has entered the price of one product then the shop manager cannot enter the price of any other products.

If you want that the shop manager should be able to enter the price of all the products then I recommend you to use the Pro version of the plugin.
