    Hello,

I am using your Better Messages plugin and have added the shortcode to a page. I have removed all margins and paddings, and the container is set to full width. The top part has no margins or paddings as I want, but the bottom always leaves a small gap. In the settings, there are no options for padding or margins; everything is set to 0, so I don’t understand why there is this small gap.

Is there any solution for this?

    Thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there!

Better Messages does not have max width specified, that means that the width is restricted by parent container. Messenger Height can be customized in plugin settings, under customizations tab.

    Thanks!

I mean that I can’t get it to take up the entire height of the screen, I don’t know if I’m explaining myself, at the top it is without margins or padding, but at the bottom, as seen in the image, it leaves a small “margin” “That gray color, and I want the chat to take up the entire screen and adapt depending on the screen, I don’t know if I explained myself well.”

I have the parent container that occupies 100 vh and 100 vw, that is, the entire screen, as seen in the image, and in the plugin I have it occupies the entire container screen, but even so, as shown in the image, it leaves a small down margin, looking aesthetically ugly, I’ve been looking for several days to figure out how to fix it and I’m going crazy

Unfortunately I do not able to provide you the personal assistance with your website, but I can suggest you to learn chrome developer tools or other inspect tool, which can help you to find what is limiting space at your website page.

So the shortcode is only limited to the parent container and nothing else?
