The shortcode is showing up the ad

Are other shortcodes working in your content? You could test that by adding an image gallery with WordPress, which should create the [gallery] shortcode.

Yes, gallery shortcode works well. The problem concerns only Advanced Ads shortcode.

Does it show something when you go to the ad edit page and select “Debug mode” there?

If yes, then either the ad code used for the ad is not loading anything or some display or another condition prevents it from showing.

Looks like there is a conflicting display condition here. Please look for the “Display Conditions” (Fr: “Conditions d’affichage”) on the ad edit page and remove them. If the ad shows now and you are certain that the conditions you entered should match the site you tested this on then let’s work on that.
