The Shortcode Links not work in EMail

    Hi,
    the shortcode links e.g.

    [link:subscription_manage_url]
[link:subscription_unsubscribe_url]

    etc. doesn’t work in the EMail.

    The URLs are all points to:
    imap://xxx%40xxx%[email protected]:993/fetch%3EUID%3E.INBOX%3E1631#

    What can I to do?
    What is the way to place an “Unsubscribe” etc. Link into the EMail?

  • Hi,

    They are disabled in preview emails. Once you send your email to a list of subscribers, they will work.
