the shortcut [clean-login-register] does not appear

    I installed the plugin and in the “Clean login status” the shortcut [clean-login-register] does not appear. Nor can I call it from a page. How can I make it appear and use it?

    Something similar happened to me when I upgrade to PHP7. Could you double check that “Anyone can register” on your Settings > General is marked? Thats solved the issue to me.

    I am having the same problem. My group could register just fine until several weeks ago. Not sure which update occurred. Now the registration link has disappeared.

    Thanks @pablomargareto for the answer. That’s the way.

    Another thing to check is to update (re-save) the page/post which includes the corresponding shortcode, for the plugin to know where the shortcode is located.
