The Sign Up Form Template

  • Is anyone familiar with ‘The Sign Up Form Template’? I need to have a sign up form page on my website but I don’t know how to do this.Are there any wordpress users out there that know how to do this? If so please leave a reply or a way I can contact you so you can tell me. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    I do this all the time for folks, using Gravity Forms. I can make almost any sort of form with it, including a sign up form. ?? Contact 7 also makes forms, but it’s not quite as powerful or flexible.
