The sign up form works but it take 10 min to complete.

  • Hi, thank you for this wonderful plugin. I really love this plugin and this has saved me days. However, please allow me to complain about the sign up form process time.
    The sign up form page is working but it takes 10 min to complete. During the 10 min, the site is not working. It means that at the browser tap, it shows it is working hard to reflect the sign up form data and send the email to the user, but the activity makes the users not to do anything but just looking at the sign up form page. After 10 min or so of processing the the sign up form data and sending the email to the user, the site is back to normal again and can be accessed.

    Could you help me find the possible solution of this problem? I use Genesis Framework theme.

    This normally takes less than 1 second. Something like this is really going to need the help of your web host because your web server is doing something it shouldn’t. They’ll be able to tell you what is going on and hopefully fix it for you.
