The site is experiencing technical difficulties.

  • At the bottom of the page, I see the message “The site is experiencing technical difficulties.” which is almost another entire page of html. This is where the closing body and html tag should be.

    More annoyingly, this only affects some users and seems to prevent the WP bar from rendering.
