The site is experiencing technical difficulties

  • Hello,

    On the email preview I am not sure if this is displaying correctly. It is displaying “The site is experiencing technical difficulties.” at the bottom of the page and is displaying javascript errors.

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()

    Do you know what might be causing this?

  • Likly another plugin you are using or your theme. Try deactivating your plugins and testing with another theme. It’s also possible you are trying to preview with an order that has since been removed. Or with the mockup order and you have a plugin that requires a real order to preview with because of how plugins load.
