You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

If you cannot access wp-admin, there are other ways to deactivate plugins.

I’d first recommend deactivating all of your plugins and seeing if that is the problem. Then reactivating them one by one to find the culprit. If you are using a custom theme, I’d change it to a default twenty theme as well to see if that could be it too. Hope this helps!
