The slider is not responsive

  • Hi,
    thanks for this great plugin, it’s one of the best slider , simple and easy to use.
    I just have some issue here, I tried to to insert the Slider in full width in my website page, (not by adding the shortcode [metaslider id=xxxx]) but from the wordpress sidebar of ( edit a page ) , there is menu named (Page Meta Slider )
    so when i display Page Metaslider from that menu , the slider does work in PC , but not in the responsive version.
    there is no problem with shortcode, it works for normal and responsive, but it’s not full width as i want
    please help,

  • Hi Houcin,

    Are you using Coin Slider? If so, that’s not responsive – please try changing to one of the other options.

    If you’re not using Coin Slider, please make sure your theme is responsive – if your theme is responsive then Meta Slider will be too.

    I’m using Flex Slider and the theme Vantage by SiteOrigin, it’s responsive.
    to make it more clear,
    when i’m using the Shortcode, it’s ok,the slider is responsive , but not really full width as i want
    when i use Page Meta Slider in Page edit sidebar, the slide is full width but not responsive.
