the soft can’t find the database.

Sorry to answer the same question over and over again, I’ve tryed to understand the same topics in this forum.
This is what I get, when I try the 5 minutes install.
`Error establishing a database connection! This probably means that the connection information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect. Double check it and try again.
a€￠ Are you sure you have the correct user/password?
a€￠ Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
a€￠ Are you sure that the database server is running?
Yes I have the proper sql database (although it’s empty), do I have to activate it, or place some tabel in it. Sorry but I’m a starter in the mysql-stuff.
The only thing I know is that everything is ok in the wp-config-file.
