The Standard RSS Feed Icon On My Blog Points To The Wrong Feed URL!!

Hello Everyone.
Got a problem…..I am using the IConcert them for my WP Site (https://chewinthefat.net)
The RSS icon at the top of the page links to https://chewinthefat.net/feed however my feed address is https://feeds.feedburner.com/chewinthefat. Anyone have any ideas on how I can change this to the correct URL? Does not give me any options to do so on the theme options menu, although it gives me the option to change the twitter address.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
