The status of the orders changes by itself. The status of some orders changes from Sent or Completed to Processing. Could this plugin cause such an error?

    Hi @alperdereli,

Apologies for the delay in response.

This is strange. The plugin does not change the status automatically. So, could you please tell us whether the order changes to the default order status or the custom order status? Also, it would be great if you can share the screenshot of the plugin settings so that we can check once.

    Regards,
    Kenil Shah

Ha! Googled for the same issue and I also have this plugin installed.
A COD order from Octomber 2020 just “came back” from “Finished” to Processing.

    It happens almost daily.

    Hello @kenil802,

Thank you for your interest in this problem.

Usually the changes happen like this:
Shipped -> Processing (In Turkish: G?nderildi -> ??leniyor)
Completed -> Processing (In Turkish: Tamamland? -> ??leniyor)
Given To Cargo -> Processing (this is a special status) (In Turkish: Kargoya Verildi -> ??leniyor)

This happens for at least 5-6 orders every day.

    Hi @alperdereli

We have replicated the issue where the order status is getting changed to the custom order status when the order received (Thank you) page is refreshed.

However, we will be coming back to you with an update once this issue is been fixed.

    Regards,

    Hi @alperdereli

Regarding the issue where the order status was getting changed when the Thankyou page was refreshed, we have fixed that issue.

So to make that fix work on your site, you need to replace the below file in our plugin folder and check whether it is working fine or not.

    Filename: class-alg-wc-custom-order-statuses-core.php
    Filepath: wp-content\plugins\custom-order-statuses-woocommerce\includes
    Dropbox link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/3tmtwfnwfgj2ly5/class-alg-wc-custom-order-statuses-core.php?dl=0

Please replace this file at above mentioned location & let us know.

    Regards,
    Shasvat shah.

    Hi @nolfnolf and @androjerbi

I have posted the fix on my previous reply, so can you please check that once and let us know how it goes?

    Regards,
    Shasvat shah

    Hello,

Thank you for the fix. I`ll test and let you know.
Will a plugin update include this in the future?

    Hello @shasvat,

I updated this file. But this time, when I wanted to pay by credit card, the thank you page was opened without seeing the payment screen. The order status has been updated to Processing without receiving payment.

We use the iyzico plugin when receiving payments by credit card.

    Hi @alperdereli

We will check on the issue you mentioned and will get back to you with an update in the next week.

    Regards,
    Shasvat shah.
