The sticky Table of Contents does not work

Hello,
I added a Table of Contents in the Elementor editing page and also set up the attributes of “Absolute”, “Sticky -Top”, and “Offset with 120”. However, when I scroll down the webpage, the Table of Contents disappears (not sticky).
Could anyone kindly give some tips to resolve this problem?
