The string “Settings” is hardcoded and is not translatable

I have tested the new version 5.6.9 and unfortunately I have yet to point out that the strings I reported are still hardcoded:

I tested the new?version 5.6.10?and saw that the strings were made translatable. But unfortunately I’m sorry to point out that the?text domain?problem that I reported in another topic still remains.
