    Synchronization enabled. Everything works. There is no checkbox on the order page. What could be the reason?

    @wotik are you by chance using the WooCommerce Blocks for the checkout? If so, that is currently being worked on by both teams ( WooCommerce & Mailchimp ) to get it up and working properly.

    If you’re not using the blocks editor, our plugin does allow you to specify the hook name in the configuration area to render the checkbox in any way your checkout page needs. You can specify the action hook name and it will show up properly.
