The support and refund policy is very good.

I liked the functionality of the plugin, it has everything in there what I wanted. But unfortunately I couldn’t get it to work with my Astras theme for my requirements. The support reacted prompt, but I I feared the coming obstacles. The refund was simple and straightforward. Too bad it didn’t work out. And thanks to everyone involved, great company!
