    The survey does not become visible until the page is clicked. If it is not clicked then the survey does not become visible. This causes a lot of people to leave the page without completing the survey.

    Thank you for your topic.

    My apologies for the late reply – weekends are non-working days for us.

    We have checked your case on our end and found that you are using a cache plugin, which affects the plugin’s JS.

    Survey Maker plugin’s functionalities are connected with its JS and most presumably, the cache plugin doesn’t allow the JS files to be executed.

    So, please if possible, make sure the?cache?is?excluded?on the?page?where the given survey is located.
