“The test email might have sent, but its deliverability should be improved.”

I use my own domain, [email protected]. And get this message. The test mail arrives so that seems to work. Do I need to do something? And if so what do I need to do?

    Thanks.

    Hi @changeagent,

I would suggest you get in touch with your hosting support to make sure that you have set up SPF, DKIM, DMARC records on your domain to improve email deliverability.

You can check SPF guide and DMARC guide to read more information.

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks!

    Thanks Darshana

unfortunately my ISP does not support DKIM, DMARC. SPF it does.

    Hi @changeagent,

are you using the “Other SMTP” mailer in the plugin settings? And for the SMTP server details, you are using your ISPs SMTP server?

If they do not support DKIM, then you can just skip it. But do configure the SPF with their instructions, since it should improve your email deliverability.

    Have a nice day!

    Thanks Gregor.

yes I use the “Other SMTP”.

I will do the SPF with my ISP.
